With over 22 years proven business and leadership experience in marketing, strategic planning, graduate programme recruitment & development, coaching and team management Ciara has a reputation for getting right to the heart of business issues and solving them! 

Ciara is a Gallup Certified Strengths & Engagement Coach & ICF Executive Coach.
